30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • We do not accept returns for perishable goods, intimate items, or gift cards.

Refund Process

  1. Email us at dinanozarpor2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the item back to our London warehouse (address provided upon request).
  3. Once received and inspected, we notify you of the approval.
  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
